Pro: clean environment, friendly staff, low cost to do taxes, lottery machine. Con: Doesn't accept credit card. Was introduced to this establishment by my parents who been using professional income Tax services for years to do there taxes. The store is kinda small but very clean. They also do have a lottery scratch off machine for scratch off ticket if that your fancy. Upon enter I was greeted by a staff worker and some questions they ask right off the bat is have you filed your taxes with us before, do you do crypto trading, and do you have Obamacare. Then take get a copy of your driver license and they start the tax process. After they enter your tax info into the computer they will tell you have much federal and state tax refund you get, then ask if you would like direct deposit or a mail check if you qualify for a refund. I would highly recommend you bring a check book with your routing info to receive your money faster. The cost of service for my W2 was 60 dollar. The staff here can speak English and Vietnamese. They even have me a nice bag for free upon completion of my taxes. All in all, I good place to do your taxes and never had an issue with them
