John was very responsive over email and phone ahead of our session and was a great listener. Our session went well and there was no rush at all. He took his time and showed me progress throughout. He was very polite and sent over pics in about a week and worked with me to touch up a few things. Highly recommend! I would 100% use him again in the future.
