It was my first time going and I wanted clarity on the parking. When I arrived, I called a number that Iwas given and asked to speak with her just to be sure that I was parked in the right spot and she said, "It's me. It's my phone. Who else is going to answer it?" I told her that I would not know because it's my first time because I had only spoken with her once before, so it could have actually been the general salon number. She said that if it was the salon number, she would have said the salon name when she answered. I kindly let her know that her sarcasm and tone were offputting and made me nervous. Praise God, l have been coming over 20 years to stylist (Gwen). Over the years l have enjoyed the treatment given to my hair. The atmosphere is truly beautiful and harmonious. The decor is great to.

I've been going to this salon for years and I've been super happy with the service and my cuts done by Nikki. Also I have some extensions that are managed by Kimaya and she is awesome as well.
