I recently ordered HVAC capacitors online for same-day pickup at GRAinGEr, located at 2947 Gallows Rd., Falls Church. The experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. They helped me locate a multimeter and ensured I got the correct capacitor for my needs. Their knowledge and customer service were top-notch, making the process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this location for their great service and helpful staff.

I just had a super pleasant and valuable (expert advice over the phone that made sure I was purchasing compatible hardware) experience at Grainger. Was my first time shopping there. They did a lot of little things to remove friction from the whole experience. Two things I especially appreciated - appropriate filters on their website. Sounds corny but their filters were thoughtful and laid out from a buyer’s perspective. Also funny but great - I walked in to pickup an order. Instead of an order id, they asked me for my first name.

I picked up an online order on 12/1/23. Wow! The customer service was EX-CEPTIONAL: friendly (I was greeted right away, not something I really require/need but is MUCH appreciated), the salesperson could not have been kinder, and expressed his gratitude for my order. A really great experience in the midst of many really unsatisfactory retail experiences. Thank you, Grainger, Falls Church. (I wished I had paid more attention this lovely gentleman's name. But if you are reading this, I was the one who picked up the Bucket Boss tool roll on Friday, 12/1/23, which roll turned out to be better designed than expected. I LOVE it!)
