Deck repair & stain with 2 coats. The job was promised to start on Thursday and finished in 3 days. Miguel was late to start and always have excuses to miss work days--his workers truck broke down, then his truck broke down. Gave me a work schedule but never stick to it. The power wash was incomplete because the gas ran out. Missed nails because nail gun ran out of nails. Only painted one coat but claimed he's painted 2 coats of sealant ON the SAME day. when I confronted him that at least a day needs to be in-between two coats he then changed and said he put on two coats of paint. And argued only one coat of sealant is needed. However, he charged me $500 extra for the 2nd coat of sealant.Uneven paint job, missed spots, signs of only one coat of paint, planks not nailed down per contract, and with only one rain day (a day after he claimed it's done) the paint has already gotten washed away.
We needed to repaint our house to get it ready to sell. We had a lot to do: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large hallway with very high ceilings. We also requested patching of small holes as well as the removal of wallPaper and self installed molding. Eduardo was immediately responsive to my Yelp request, and scheduled an in person consultation for a day or two later. He arrived on time for the consultation and was very thorough. He then text me an estimate which was fair in price, and also Included the cost of paint. Eduardo and his team arrived on time to complete the job; the job took 3.5 days total, but Eduardo was communicative each day about the progress. The end result is amazing; it looks like a completely different house. The attention to detail demonstrated by Eduardo and his team truly surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend them.
