“I can't say enough great things about their design consultant, Nicole. She was absolutely amazing and provided top-tier customer service throughout the entire project. She was the main point of contact for me, and her attention to detail and professionalism made the process so much smoother.

The team did a solid job completing the work and even managed to pull together resources to ensure it was finished within a month, minimizing the time I had to spend out of my home. After the project was completed, they were quick to address any issues I pointed out, like a paint discrepancy that was corrected promptly. However, while they did repaint the area, the correction wasn’t perfect, as you can still tell where the adjustment was made.

The only major hiccup was a measurement error for my refrigerator space. They mismeasured by three inches, which meant the fridge I ordered couldn’t be installed as expected. I had to order a specific size fridge, which worked out in the end, but it was an avoidable inconvenience. And again Nicole swooped in and saved the day helping find the specific size fridge.

Overall, while there were a few bumps along the way, the project was completed on time, and Nicole’s incredible customer service made the experience much more manageable especially it being my first reno and I appreciate their willingness to fix issues.“

“We contacted Diaz Contracting about Painting our house, replacing the carpeted steps and upper level with hardwood floors and other work. Mr. Diaz came out, talked to us, and provided us with excellent input for our project. We received a detailed estimate broken down into individual tasks with labor and materials broken out. This was extremely helpful in our decision making and the cost was fair for the amount of work to be done so we agreed to have Diaz do the work. We are living in the house so the work had to be done around us. I can tell you that this is a very trying process but Diaz's courteous, professional and did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible. At the end of each day they cleaned up prior to leaving and let us know when they would return the next day. We are very pleased with the final product. The work was completed on time and for the amount agreed upon. I recommend Diaz Painting and Renovations and we will use them for future projects.“

“Setting up an estimate to have waterproof vinyl plank flooring was very easy, Jidlaf walked me through the process, provided a thorough estimate and also met me at the flooring store to set up my order. He provided recommendations and was available for any follow up questions and very responsive via text. Installation took only one day for 635 square feet (including a stairwell) and the installation crew was respectful and also asked me questions regarding certain aesthetic details on how I wanted the flooring installed. I was easily able to be refunded for excess materials and Jidlaf was available to address any follow up questions after the flooring was installed. Highly recommend!“

“In mid November we worked with Beaulieu Floors on the refinishing and staining of our hardwood floor and they did a great job. We love our new floor, the stain is beautiful and the work product is very high quality. Louis, the owner, came out to our home to discuss the project with us. He provided his expertise and suggestions to help us closely match the stain we were looking for. Driss came out to our home before the start of the project and showed us prospective stains. We ended up going with a 50/50 combination of two colors. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. We received frequent text messages from Louis leading up to the start of the project. He also sent us a follow-up email after the project with tips and suggestions for protecting and cleaning our floor. It was a pleasure working with two professionals that cared so much about the success of our flooring project and customer satisfaction. It was great working with Omar and Rene, the crew that did the onsite work. They covered the vents and put up plastic over the doors so that little dust entered other areas of our home. Attention to detail was outstanding. For instance, the cuts on the shoe molding were precise. Cleanup was excellent. Every member of the team was courteous and professional. We highly recommend Beaulieu Floors and would work with them on future flooring projects.“

Yaprak was our designer and she worked with us to select all the materials and finishes, from countertops to door handles and everything in between. Her suggestions and observations aligned with our design tastes for a wonderful selection (with one small exception when late in the process the tiling we wanted for the shower inset became unavailable.) Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! We lived in our basement during the remodel so it was stressful but Carlos did what he could to alert us to what was coming next and prepare for the workers who would be inhabiting our house. Abraham was the leader of the work crew. He and his team worked quickly and with care. Overall a very positive experience with a beautiful outcome.“
