I called Chandler's after my normal plumber quoted almost $7k (which I knew was way overpriced) to replace my leaking water heater. Chandler's did an amazing job and I am so happy I called them. The process was incredibly easy, and they emailed me an estimate within minutes of me calling, rather than forcing me to pay them to come out and tell me it was dead (which I already knew). Other plumbers that I called insisted that they had to send a plumber to me to look at it before giving me a price. Chandler's price was less than half my normal plumber. Kathy in their office was super responsive, and they were able to schedule my installation the same day that the water heater was delivered - mine had to be special ordered since it was a unique type. On the day of the install, Nathaniel arrived and was super professional and friendly, and did a very efficient job. He and his helper didn't waste any time getting to work, and they worked diligently the entire time. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and didn't leave any trash or mess behind.
