If you are looking for an AMAZING boutique style gym look no further. ALL of the trainers are BEYOND FIRST CLASS - they know how to encourage and challenge without being too overbearing. They also know how to make sure you are working out safely to avoid injury. Most importantly they care about each and every client!!!
Good emphasis on building strength and stamina and helpful friendly trainers.
Great space, clean, top notch equipment, and quiet! I look forward to getting into a routine here.
