Kevin is a terrific trainer. He offered me a complimentary training session when I started to see if I liked his service and the workout routine we would be doing. We built up from there, increasing weights and reps and level of difficulty. He pushes his clients but never too hard to cause pain or injury. He’s also funny and interesting to talk to during workouts. I highly recommend Kevin for your 1:1 training needs.
