I called this company to do a repair on my irrigation system. They came out and repaired it the same day. When I got my receipt it said Brothers Irrigation on the receipt and not VA Irrigation. Six weeks later it broke again so they came back out and fixed it again. 6 weeks later we turned off our system for the season and when we turned it back on it is broken again. Now he is saying we need a new pipe and wants to charge me again. I said no way you didn't fix it right the first two times. I would avoid this company and Brothers Irrigation at all costs. Overpriced services. After giving a price to my husband, magically the invoice was increased by additional $100 when it was given to me.When you talk to the guy he even doesn’t look into your eyes, instead he is just ignoring your question and talking to his worker in Spanish language. Armando came and said my backflow was not working and said he could fix it for additional $50 as opposed to paying $500 for a new one. I paid the $50 and a month later it was not working again. I now have to pay $500 for a new one. Be careful that they will brake sprinkler heads on purpose and tell you you have to pay to fix it. I just don't trust them anymore. Caught on camera.
