Sandro and his team are phenomenal. The attention to detail really shows. I interviewed several groups when selecting a contractor. Not only was SVC's bid very competitive, Sandro worked closely with me to refine the scope so I got everything I wanted within my budget. I have a 50 year old house and practically gutted it. Sandro was fantastic through the whole process from taking our design vision to pricing and through construction. Our addition project was fairly complicated with an underpinned basement dig-out, extensive site work with 8 foot retaining walls, and structural modifications to the existing house to accommodate the connection.
