We recently finished a double Bathroom renovation project with Skill Construction & Design, and we absolutely love our new space. Starting with their design process and throughout the job they were very flexible with our ideas and demanding requests. Our designer, Suzanne, really was able to incorporate all the features we wanted into our small bathrooms (and we asked for a lot!). She was invaluable, especially with finding hard to find sink options and other unique building materials. Robert was so creative with his technical design, that by the time we started our project they presented us with an idea we could not resists. They turned our old 1950’s single bathroom into two-bathroom remodel, we got a full bathroom for the kids and a powder room for our guess. We were able to see first-hand the quality of work done at each phase of the construction. Everyone involved with the job was professional and pleasant. The communication was great, someone always got back to us. We also took comfort in knowing that someone was always on site, we received updated calendars, and they kept us in the loop on progress as well with daily and weekly progress reports. It's been a couple of months since we've been living with our new bathroom & Powder room, and everything has been perfect. We highly recommend Skill Construction & Design; they are a high-quality team with tremendous integrity. You won't be disappointed if you work with Rob & Suzanne. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors and they have been delighted with them as well. In fact, we just hired them to start on our kitchen renovation while we are away for the summer. We cannot wait to see our new deigns. We couldn’t be happier.

Skill Construction and Design did a superior job on our deck. The design was perfect, the materials and workmanship were first class and we are very pleased with the result. Rob and Suzanne did a wonderful job in translating our thoughts into a great deck. Their design suggestions were perfect. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
