I appreciated the pre-visit email with the photo of the technician. Communication pre-visit was good, Will called to let me know he was on his way. Will was very good to explain what he was doing with my flue inspection. I showed me photos/video of what he was seeing. He made recommendations, but did not pressure me into having anything done. Good communication leading up to the visit. The technician was running behind our scheduled time but called ahead of time to let me know which was appreciated. He provided an honest assessment and I'm satisfied with their overall service. Will use again when needed.
