We had a unique issue with our roof in that the builder (in 2001!) installed the incorrect type of roof vent for our dryer. Pond was the one company the understood the problem I was trying to describe. They showed up on time (actually early) to look at the roof and provided an estimate. The work was completed on time as well. Both the estimator and the workers were very professional and courteous.
