I had my cat Wukong spayed here, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, professional, and clearly care deeply about the animals they treat. After the surgery, they responded to my message quickly and answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for compassionate and reliable veterinary care.
This would've been 5 stars a month ago, but I have an elderly dog and keep having to deal with a back-and-forth, confusing, unclear communication. I do not have a money tree, so efficiency and thoughtfulness to get to the underlying issue is desired!
Update: My dog is dead from cancer (shortly after explaining all the issues at Pet Lovers) and instead of being referred or warned that the symptoms were pointing towards that, I was just sold a bunch of probiotic food. Also found out that Pet Lovers doesn't have a blood pressure machine, which is strange considering how small and common it is in other places.
I just visited this facility for my cat's exam, and I was truly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease, and the doctor was equally kind and personable. It's been a long time since I've been to a veterinary clinic where someone took the time to greet me with a handshake. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me, it spoke volumes about the level of care and respect they show their clients. The little things really do matter—and they got it right.
