Jhoan is just awesome. He's a super nice guy and a great plumber. I was in a bind with a leaky kitchen faucet just before a family gathering at our house. He was able to get a new faucet installed in record time and at a very reasonable price. He also installed a new hot water heater for me a few years ago. Lorenzo's ability to give an estimate without charging was the first step in making the process better than most. Then Jhoan shows up and was so professional and knew exactly what he was doing.
