My friend and I came to this salon before my wedding for my bridal nails and the experience was very unpleasant for both of us. We were there for about 2 hours and it was so awkward and silent because the nail techs did not speak to us nor one another. It was my first time getting gel tips and I expressed how my wedding will be in a week from that day and was wondering if there was any risk for not lasting and Joanne glared at me and snapped in response, "I'm not finished yet!" She was also very rough, twisting my fingers and thumb joint to the point where I had to pull away a couple times and tell her that it was painful.

This review is for services pre-pandemic as I unfortunately relocated since but have been having such a hard time finding another salon in my area that does work as great and affordable as Amber's. I would go to her every month without fail and she could recreate every design I wanted. I miss getting my nails done here so much and after having a horrible experience elsewhere I can't help but think of them even more!!

Joanne's is most definitely a treat but the quality is top notch. I try to go at least once a month and my nails don't chip. They do the best designs and I'm always greeted by name. I'm not a chatty person so I like the atmosphere. I receive compliments each set I get. An appointment is a must if you want to get your nails done and make sure you state exactly what you want to ensure they have enough time.
