What an exceptional experience! I’ve been an Ideal Image client for 4 years (time flies!) and Pam has been my professional practitioner since Day 1! She’s got the best bedside manner, is beyond skilled in her trade and just a beautiful being all around. The front desk team were also fantastic and took the time to answer all my questions about the Fairfax location ( I usually got to Bethesda and before that Anne Arundel ). Thanks II for the multi-year satisfactory with my lifetime membership ☺️

I go to this location for hair removal services and the staff is always helpful and professional. Theres been numerous instances where I have had to cancel my appointments last minute day of, due to crazy circumstances and they reschedule without complaint. When I arrive, I wait two minutes max and the visit is always quick and clean.
