Outstanding attention to the full history, context and details of the matter by Samantha in the firm. Very patient with me explaining the best options to resolve a contentious estate situation that had gone on for 3 years previously where another very strong firm was on the other side using "low-ball, then delay then obfuscate, then avoid" tactics with my prior counsel.
