GRK Property Management is a top tier management company, AND affordable. I very much appreciate Gail's personal attention to my home, and communication. She is always available to take on my questions, and responds rapidly to tenants issues. The online system allows me to track payments and rental properties, and all related documents. One thing I'd like to see more of is the biannual inspection reports or updates. I haven't received one yet. When living across the country, it's an important and valuable update to receive on the status of the property.
My experience with GRK Property Management has always been excellent; I know I can consult on many real estate matters, and the technical features on their website enable me to navigate to what I need quickly, and get my information processed efficiently. The best property managers that I know!

I interviewed several companies before selecting one, and I have found GRK and Gayle to be prompt, knowledgeable, conscientious and extremely helpful.
