Every one were fabulous. I felt that they really care. Javier Mery, PA took the time to go over my concerns, gave recommendations. I didn’t feel rushed. The front desk lady and the nurse that took my vitals were very polite. I really like this practice.
Exceptional experience with Dr. Hegab. He is attentive, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The people at the front desk, however, could use some customer relations training since they set the first impression and the tone for the patients’ experience.
Joanna May PA-C is the absolute best. I’ve been coming to gastro health for about 15 years and she is by far one of the best providers. She explains everything and answers all of my questions. You can tell she cares about her patients. I really appreciate her and am recommending her and gastro health to my friends and family.
