The optical clinic is by far the worst I have ever been to. The doctor is prideful and rude, to the point of writing two wrong prescriptions in a row. Not to mention the ordering process for glasses, which is subpar; finally, they make zero effort to return calls. If you have to make an optical appointment, save your self some time and go somewhere else and drive the distance.
Dr Elbadawi was great with listening to all my concerns and getting me set up with the future help I need. Despite the system being down, from the time I left my appointment to the time I got my meds was about 45 minutes which isn't bad compared to other pharmacies I've gone to.
4/5 Urgent care doctors are great! We have had trouble multiple times with the same nurse being rude, disrespectful, and dismissive during triage.
Child “wasn’t acting sick” 2 year old ended up having strep. Mom had strep and flu-b. 2 year olds are hyper and don’t always “act sick” this is why testing is necessary.
2/5 Don’t get me started on the pharmacy, most military facilities will use the primary's ( active duty or retired personnel) ID to look up a dependents medication if the primary is not with the patient/dependent and getting their medication for them. However this location will send the primary on a wild goose chase around the building...read full review
