F**k this group. F the scheduling department as well. Had an issue with verifying my birthday for my scheduled appointment which I made a month and some change out. Tried calling in, and left multiple voicemails. No one contacted me to fix the issue and to confirm. They clearly don't care. The front desk didn't sound concerned either. How do they not pick up their phones, especially early in the morning. It's not busy don't give me some bs excuse.
Front desk girl is horrible. She has no clue how to talk to patients, she doesn't even say good morning. I can't believe she works in a medical office which obviously bring people who need medical help. Doctor Huh seems that he is rushing you to leave the office. Not happy at all.
Dr. Huh's skill is fine for endoscopy and colonoscopy, but the anesthesiologists he's been using (Old Dominion Anesthesia LLC) for the procedures has a strange (and fishy) way of business, in which they would bill you exorbitant fees (more than $7,000 for 2 anesthetists) and send a bill telling you to call your health insurance company to pay it for them. Each and every time me and my wife had the procedures. If you don't, they will keep sending the bill, and they even notified us once they will send it to a collection agency if not paid in full. What's the issue here? Well, you tell the doctor in advance that service providers, whether it be doctor for the procedure or anesthesiologists, or the medical center where it is performed, should be in-network so the services be fully covered by my health insurance company. You are told 'don't worry.' It will be taken care of. But the Old Dominion does not participate with any health insurance plans, including mine -CIGNA. They have sent the bills to my co-workers who used the doctors who use them. We had had to call Old Dominion many a time, and also our health care insurance. The bills were taken care of by Old Dominion and the insurance after all (after over a year of the procedures), but you wouldn't want to go through this freaking out ritual every other year.
