I have been coming to Circle Towers Hair Designs for years and all of the changes since Ling took over ~ 2019 have been positive. Before I would come at my scheduled time and see a line of walk-ins bumping my time back 30+mins. Now Ling checks her schedule before accepting walk-ins, so she is usually ready for me when I arrive. The current team of stylists are friendly, patient and professional. I have seen the nail art, the fun hair colors and great haircuts in person, and yes, Ling really does amazing eyebrow work. Been under new management since 2019. I have been coming to Circle Towers Hair Designs for years and all of the changes since Ling took over the salon have been positive. Before I would come at my scheduled time and see a line of walk-ins bumping my time back 30+mins. Now Ling checks her schedule before accepting walk-ins, so I usually only wait ~5 mins to get my turn. The current team of stylists are friendly, patient and professional. I have seen the nail art, the fun hair colors and great haircuts in person, and yes, Ling really does amazing eyebrow work. The space is in need of a refresh but that is due to Circle Towers management issues. The salon is located in the landing surrounded by the towers so you will need to walk up the stairs on the sides to get to the landing. Going into the front tower (with the bank, offices & restaurant) will be very confusing.

I made the decision to finally dye my hair and this place was the only one with an opening that day, so I decided to take the jump and try. I'm so glad I did, the ladies who helped me were knowledgeable and nice. They taught me about the bleaching process since it was my first time and took the time to instruct me on how to care for my hair so I wouldn't have to keep visiting them for my hair (they did say I'm welcome to stop by anytime!). There's nothing wrong with this place, and I'd definitely recommend you give them a chance. I wasn't disappointed and I'm sure you won't be, either. They accept Venmo pay and Apple Pay and credit card like any modern business, and their suite is located within an apartment complex so you have to park in the apartment complex's visitor lot and walk to where the common area/leasing office is and that's where you'll find it. Took me a while to locate their establishment to be honest, but I'm really glad I didn't give up. I look forward to trying other colors here in a few more months!
