Booked an appointment for my basement to be cleaned, cleared out all of the furniture, and boarded my dog - and then nobody showed! The customer service rep was extremely rude and not doing anything to try and rectify the situation. I do not recommend this company.

Shirley is my name, married with very stubborn kids… I work with a company that makes it so difficult for me to take care of my family, doing domestic works not to talk of putting my rug outside and wash to make my living room neater but when I got to know that there is company (Green Choice Carpet) that assist in doing that, I felt so relieved and at the same time had a double mind that “Can they satisfy me?” but It was a wonderful experience dealing with Green Choice Carpet….. “ They did even beyond expected” Great service that I've never thought of…….. Being a single but busy lady, I don't have enough time to attend to some household chores, most especially rug cleaning. Gosh! Those rugs of mine were so terrific. Though I was using one local rug cleaner before, I wasn't impressed with their services. Maybe, they took advantage of my busy schedule. I made a search for another rug cleaning company and I found Green Choice of Fairfax. With the positive online reviews I got about the company, I contacted them to help me clean my rugs.
