I scheduled an appointment for my parents, who arrived on time, but were turned away because they had not completed an application. However, we were not provided with any application beforehand. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with their representative to book the appointment, but the process was tedious due to the representative's slow pace and numerous questions.
