I had the best experience at Briar Oaks Exxon when the check engine light came on right near a gas station. I was so nervous being out of state and not familiar with this particular service station or it’s reputation. The Service Manager (Stan Bailey) took control and made my experience a pleasant one. He had the car diagnosed and explained in detail what his recommendations were. I feel so lucky to have had my car break down where it did. This is definitely a reputable service center, and I would recommend it to anyone in the Fairfax/Fair Oaks area. Many thanks to you and your crew, Stan!
Fast service and professional. Faisel is professional and Nice guy. I have stopped 3 different places for oil cange; however, i was asked to drop my car for the dayall 3 places. I walked in to Oaks Exxon, and Faisel promised to get done in 30 minutes. He kept his promises and got done the service in a short time i had.
