I've enjoyed my Pilates lessons at Bodies by Bonnie, and Rebecca has been a great instructor. I knew next to nothing about Pilates other than it could help someone with chronic back issues. Rebecca helped me to slowly and patiently build my strength and confidence using Pilates exercises. I'm doing a lot better now than I was when I started. I think the attention to breath and form that Pilates requires will help with all my physical activities in the future.
This was my first time ever trying pilates in my life and I have no regrets! This studio is very clean and private! I had a back injury last year from a 20ft balcony resulting in compression fractures in my lower spine and I was recommended to look into pilates to aid in my recovery process. Between chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, and self-exercise, pilates has by far been the most helpful practice in regaining my strength, flexibility, and balance. I love both duet and private sessions here. Bonnie and her team of instructors are highly knowledgeable and encouraging. Every class is challenging and fun. The studio is very nice and well-equipped.
