Technician Rick showed up early on Monday to address a series of malfunctioning lights. He repaired a recessed light socket, fixed a bent bracket in a flickering pendant light, and changed a hard-to-reach recessed above in a stairway. His repairs spared us the expense of new materials. He was extremely friendly and patient, and spent a lot of time explaining how he addressed each problem. He showed us how to remove the covers of two under-cabinet light fixtures. He also showed us that we could replace recessed light bulbs with LEDs, using only a small adjustment to the mounting prongs, which we were able to do ourselves later that day.
