I honestly can’t recommend Annandale Floors and Vance highly enough. On a scale of 1-10, they are 10,000. They are real flooring experts who are knowledgeable, professional and provide high quality service. You are not dealing with a company that hires mediocre subcontractors. They are the best of the best in Northern Virginia.
I found Annandale Floors after I had a horrible experience with another company that had refinished my floors in April 2023.

3rd time the floors are sanded and hopefully the last. After sanding and refinishing by Annandale, the floors are very flat, no dings, and the finish is super. The flush registers are very nice too. Good job!

I can’t speak highly enough of Vance and his team. Carlos and Jose were so professional and thorough. My floors came out amazing and matching the wood floors put in by previous owners. You can’t go wrong with Annandale floors.
