Genuinely, this is one of the few times in my life where I've come across a location with multiple 5.0 stars, and I truly believe it's deserving.I think it's a pretty universal experience to meet receptionists who are snarky and cold, but the ones here are so kind and welcoming.I have some mild anxiety when it comes to dental health, but I never felt judged, dismissed, or scolded by Dr Hiba. She's only ever shown me patience and respect, and it's clear that that's how she treats everyone she meets.
Every time I visit this peaceful, clean, and comfortable office, Dr. Zakhour always goes above and beyond to help in every way needed. She and her team have sympathetic hearts and good work ethics. I'm grateful I found this dentist - she's easy-going and most caring. That's why I will always return to A to Z Dental Studio.
Excellent customer service from Nadia! She was very knowledgeable in answering all of my concerns. Covid-19 safety precautions are in effect. The environment is clean and beautiful! Dr. Zakhour Is always professional gentle and kind! I love it! Thank you!
