The only reason I am hesitant to give this business 5 stars is because it is already hard to book at short notice. They still find a way to fit me in, even staying a little late. They deserve to have more business and I won't be greedy. You should give them a try :)“

“they rushed through my services and didn't do a thorough job. they were not busy at all when we went on a Thursday morning and the technician that did my nails rushed and got gel polish on the skin/cuticles on six (I previously thought it was five, but it is six) of my fingers. this is dangerous because polish cured on the skin can cause allergies. they also stick fingers straight into dip powder containers and that's highly unsanitary, especially when they don't even have you wash your hands first. they also left wax on my eyebrows.“

“i made an appointment since they were near my job and noticed this salon specializes in gel x. i've been dying to get gel x for a while and this is the spot to go to! darlene was super sweet and very accommodating, she's also very precise and knowledgeable about her work. but don't get it twisted, it's not a regular nail spa... they also offer variety of snacks and drinks from mimosas to matcha. not to mention about over 3,000 nail colors to choose from. everything about this salon was the highlight of my day, great energy and great service! i will definitely come back, you HAVE to get your nails done here “

I had signed up for bikini line waxing !! But she introduced and shared about Brazilian wax.. her sharing of client experience and personal experience doing it on people with diff hair growth and type, I was convinced to get done. She made me feel so easy and confident to get done - and was truly hurt free pain free & done in very very short time — the wax temperature was good too- the technique she used as great… Sivis made sure I was comfortable through- made me breathe right and position correctly! I have now been doing every month !
