“Dynamic Rehab is the best rehabilitation facility in No.Va. I've been going to rehabilitation centers since 2018 and I've never received the expertise and attention to details that Dynamic Rehabilitation presented in every area of the center. I mean, from the front desk to having hands on treatment from Neno and Hamid. Two of the best in their profession that I've experienced. I have major problems with a shoulder labrum tear, nerve pain in my neck, lumber disc issues, dysfunctional knee, and balance. Some of which are chronic nerve and muscle pains. They both took me through therapy with methods of treating all of my issues that were possible. The methods they used in my therapy was something no other rehab had ever given me. They used the normal therapy methods but the special knowledge they shared is something I'm still utilizing today and to me it sets Dynamic Rehabilitation above the rest. “Resurgent Sports Rehab has been me of the best physical therapy facilities I’ve gone to. I broke my ankle in June 2021, then tore my acl in June 2022 (all on the same leg!). Although the original rehab for each injury was effective in me being able to return to play, I still lacked mobility, stability and flexibility in many that Resurgent was able to detect. Diana, specifically, has put together a training program designed just for me and my athletic career goals. She has gone out of her way to do the research of my sport and provided many innovative techniques for me to use. I have only being utilizing their services for about 3 months and have seen more progress within myself than the past year.
