Andy visited on an early Saturday morning. He communicated his arrival time and showed up early. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Andy quickly installed a new water heater and had hot water flowing quickly. He did a fantastic job!
Andy was fantastic! He answered his phone at 2:00 in the morning and walked me through how to turn off my water to avoid flooding my basement. He arrived at my home a few hours later to fix the problem. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. I highly recommend him.
I attempted to schedule service w several other plumbers but didn't get a reply. Baumbach was the first to answer the phone n agreed to a time n date for service. But wi a few days my leak got worst n Baumbach agreed to come out first thing in the morning before his scheduled appointments. The repair was made n is holding good. I do not regret my call to Baumbach!
