I love the atmosphere here, but now my tech is only coming in Thursday thru Saturday. I hate to go somewhere else because I've tried other places that aren't as good as my tech, or you just don't know what you'll end up with. SMH!

The hours of operation given are incorrect. They closed around 6:30pm on Wednesday. I came in asking for a design I thought they could do, they couldn't. So I asked for a coffin-shaped red French tipped full set. Due to the time issue, they rushed the work. I didn't mind that since I thought it was my fault for coming in late (I paid them a $50 tip as consolation). But my nails are crooked, they aren't coffin shaped, and there was acrylic residue all over my fingers that I had to fix myself when I got home. They was decent but I won’t be coming back. Definitely isn’t worth what I had to pay. Nia or Mia whatever her name is, rushed my nails as if she had another appointment. She kept stopping and was on her phone. I have stuff up under my nails that should’ve been drilled off and prior to coming in I asked for a price SPECIFICALLY for what I wanted. Fast forward to pricing out and she charged an extra $15 for literally regular full set with a French tip and the price wasn’t what she said otp. I paid bc the service was done but it was a piss poor job. Every time I had a complaint she seemed irritated. Now my nails have to be fixed by someone else who will take more... read full review
