I have been a local homeowner for 28 years. During this time, I discovered the limits to my own capabilities to do home projects and the limits to what I was willing to devote time. I have discovered a body of people between me and let’s call them “professional companies” that market themselves at much reduced prices to homeowners to work on homes and yards. That has led me to a wide variety of results, in value, quality, and outcomes.One of those outcomes was a master bathroom remodel that came out pretty good, but then started leaking water through the dining room ceiling years later.
