I had been ill and had not been able to keep up with the housekeeping. The maids arrived on time and went right to work. Two hours later, I had a clean house! They even took care of some of the clutter on the kitchen counter. Good job!Services: Standard cleaning

I hired Fast Maid Cleaning Services for a move out clean and carpet cleaning. I am very pleased with the service this company provided. They are incredibly professional and helpful. The cleaners arrived right on time and finished cleaning in a really timely manner. The carpet cleaning technician was also very professional and did an excellent job. The cleaning service was very good. But the process of actually getting a booking was not straightforward. After emailing back and forth, I didn't receive a confirmation for a few days so I called the number and was able to get my booking. After the service, I was told I would get a special rate for recurring service but still haven't been informed, despite requesting it twice - over phone and email.The cleaning itself was very thorough but one of the bathrooms smelled very strongly of bleach for a full day, so perhaps they can use better cleaning materials.
