They installed my parents’ water heater and AC/heater originally and they both last over 24 years! We just had them out to replace both and they are very good at installation and cleanliness as well as it’s nice to have a true local office. I would highly recommend!

My experience with CB Lucas has been very good. They are prompt when arriving within the time window, are responsive when you call, and have been cooperative with my condo office’s upstairs HVAC access requirements.Eric, the HVAC technician, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and helping fix the issue we had with our fire damper on the HVAC unit.
