“i made an appointment since they were near my job and noticed this salon specializes in gel x. i've been dying to get gel x for a while and this is the spot to go to! darlene was super sweet and very accommodating, she's also very precise and knowledgeable about her work. but don't get it twisted, it's not a regular nail spa... they also offer variety of snacks and drinks from mimosas to matcha. not to mention about over 3,000 nail colors to choose from. everything about this salon was the highlight of my day, great energy and great service! i will definitely come back, you HAVE to get your nails done here “

“This was my first time at Deja Vu Nails and I loved it! It had a really high rating and positive reviews on Google, so I opted to go with Johnny. I also like when salons list pricing for everything on their website and LOVE that I can book online too, very easy. For the nails, Johnny did AMAZING. The attention to detail is nothing I’ve ever seen before! I got a gel mani with chrome and showed a reference photo. His precision was fantastic and nothing hurt with my cuticles. He also cut away all the gunk under my nails from filing and any extra polish, which was a first for me! Previous salons I’ve been to just leave the filed down gunk under the nails. My nails have never looked so clean and beautiful! Definitely returning!! And I believe I got a small discount by paying entirely via venmo. ?

Requested style: They offer chrome nails. Also from observation, they appear to offer cat-eye effect too, which is trending now.“

“I was looking for a nail salon in this particular area....because I may or may not have needed an excuse to hit up insomnia cookies right after. this nail salon is located right next to insomnia cookies across the street from GMU.

we arrived a little late - I made sure to call ahead to let them know. Tina was very accommodating. they had us pick out our colors for our pedicure & my daughter got to pick out two colors for her manicure. I believe it was Helen that worked on my daughters nails & she was very gentle with my daughter. she double checked to make sure she was comfortable & even brought out an extra cushion to help her relax in the pedicure chair. I really appreciated that since she can't actually lean back into the chair.

Tina did my pedicure & Gel-X set. she noticed my heels were looking a bit rough & she stood up....and freaking polished the hell out of my heel. my heels are so incredibly soft now, it's not even funny! once the pedicure was complete, she took me to her station to do my gel-x set. she let me pick out the colors I wanted from the design picture I sent her. whenever I had any issues with the manicure, she would stop & fix it so I would be happy. her attention to detail was phenomenal. she free handed the little vines and leaves I wanted on my nail perfectly. my only issue was that her spray paint gun wasn't working so she had to do my ombre by hand. this wasn't even her fault, but the white powder she mixed into the white nail polish was a bit clumpy. she did her best to get rid of them, but it's still a bit noticeable.
