“Incredible service and quality! I highly recommend Clawes Carpets for both hardwood and carpeting. We had them update the flooring in our house when we bought it. Luis and Bobby (the owner) helped us identify what would work best in our space. They even identified an expensive carpet that they insisted we NOT replace! The work was done flawlessly and they worked within our timeframe. They employ all of their installers and warranty everything. We had a stair riser that looked out of place and they replaced it for us. We got beautiful floors that should last a lifetime thanks to the Clawes team!“

“Dealing with Clawes was a great experience from start to finish. After receiving proposals from three companies for a straightforward carpeting job and a far more difficult wood flooring job, we felt much more comfortable dealing with Doug from Clawes. A previous general contractor had renovated our kitchen by installing new wood floors and then badly damaging them during the cabinet and appliance installation. The existing wood planks ran under the the cabinets so the old floor would need to be cut where they met. Doug assured me he had a crew that could do the job without damaging the new cabinets, but he was straightforward in advising that the only issue might be the need for shoe molding to hide any slight gap where the new flooring and cabinets met, meaning that we could lose use of two toe kick cabinets at floor level.The crew, led by Esser and Fidel, were every bit as good as Doug said they were. They not only cut away the old flooring and installed the new flooring without the slightest scratch, but they also painstakingly removed the toe kick drawers and other molding at the bottom of the cabinets so there was no gap where they met, avoiding the need for shoe molding and maintaining use of the two floor level drawers. This company is terrific!“

“They did a very detailed work of cleaning the roof of a very tall house. They repainted a shed on the side of the house. They fixed a crack in a wall in the back of the house. They cleaned and painted the front of the house. They cleaned the garage door , restored the wooden frame of the garage door, and painted the frame. They removed, painted, and reinstalled the shutters by the windows of the house. Finally they cleaned and sealed our concrete driveway. This was all done in two days only. They did not require supervision and had the initiative of looking for of details and needs. We had a detailed discussion of price ahead of time and they kept to the original deal. In the end they did more than what we discussed. Their price was good considering the amount of work to be done. I am very happy with them and the very good job they did.“

Prices were incredibly reasonable, he was prompt (early!), communicative, fast, and did an AMAZING job. I've used the well-known chain many times and the service has been spotty - literally and figuratively. Lucho got out stains that that they have never even made smaller or lighter. “I wish there were an option for 6 stars because that's what I would give David! He is an exceptional professional who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. For those who have ever dealt with water damage and mold, you know it is an incredibly stressful situation that upends your life. So I wish we had met David under better circumstances, but I'm so glad we found him to do the mold remediation. His meticulous attention to detail, experience, and knowledge alone is enough to hire him, but in addition, he comes recommended by independent highly regarded mold testing/environmental professionals. In addition to all of the above, David is incredibly hard working and did everything he could to accommodate us. We have a lot of allergies in our family so David brought in an extra air scrubber and left all 3 air scrubbers with us to help us out during the re-construction process. He absolutely did not have to do that. He also didn't have to leave up the containment barrier for the re-construction phase, but he did. Because that is the kind of person he is! And because we were in such a bind, David put us in touch with folks to do the re-construction, etc. and helped us managed that process. “I’ve used this service for Handyman work in 2021 and cleaning my apartment this past June 2022. Patricia was great and very professional. Also the technician who service the drywall issue in my home was excellent. Today 8/8/22 I called to inquire about handyman services AND cleaning of my home which is about 5K of work to get it staged for sale. The lady who answered asked me what handyman work I needed and to text my name and phone (which is their normal routine) and someone would call me back. Because I have a lot of handyman’s work to be done I asked for a website or some type of visual of their services. She rudely cut me off and told me to just text her and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain the nature of my call, given the volume of work, and she hung up on me again. Disgusting! I’ll report this service.“
