My experience all started with a pleasant phone for an appt. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. My appt. was made in just a couple days to my dog Otis neutered. The price quote was definately cheaper than others and within my budget. It was even less when I picked Otis up. The appt. went great. Otis is doing super.
