This is one of those rare times when you would like to give a 10 star review. My wife asked on facebook about getting recommendations for HVAC service. The young lady immediately answered and told us to give them a call. I did and they told me that they could be there in 3 or 4 hours. I was expecting 2 weeks. So, right off the bat I was impressed. They were there in 3 hours and checked out our system. They diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I was also very, very blessed by what they charged us!! Steve and Sierra are fabulous! They are both so knowledgeable, very professional and did a great job installing our Heil a/c heat pump. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and taught us how to use our new Nest thermostat. They also have done a great job with repairs to heat pumps at some of our rental properties.
