This is a great, laid back environment for someone that already knows how to use the machines and equipment. There are a lot of body builders that are willing to help and different areas available based on your interests/levels. There is a massage place in the upper level that is separate but convenient.

I love this gym! It's never too crowded, the members are wonderful and loyal and it's got all the equipment needed for a good workout all for a very reasonable monthly price. The best part is there is no contract obligation.
