Servpro of Danville worked on our house for two weeks to clean and repair our house due to smoke damage. The service they provided was exceptional. They were very through and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend their services.
Called three (3) local area SERVPRO locations, all referred SERVPRO of Danville, VA even though out of their territory.Septic backup saturated bedroom carpeting. Project Manager, Noah Parsons, was quick to assess the water damage and proposed a restoration plan. Carpet was removed, bathroom tile was sanitized, and overnight AirMax dehumidifiers and air exchanger accelerated the dry time.5-Star customer service significantly exceeding my expectations.
Absolutely excellent service! Noah Parsons arrived quickly after our initial phonecall (during a storm) to make an assessment. The crew was back the next morning to do the water remediation. Everyone was courteous, thorough, and answered all the questions we had. We had no worries/hesitation regarding their work. The price point was very reasonable and fair for the amount of work that was done. Thank you!!!
