“On Sunday, Jan 21st, one of the people I support locked himself out of his home. I tried his rental management company and the maintenance department with no reply. I then searched the internet and found Southern Smart Security. Matthew answered immediately and said he could come out but was at a family function, and it would be close to an hour. I explained to him that my client was intellectually disabled but high functioning. Mathew advised that he would be right out and that he would take care of it. True to his word, Matthew came out and handled the situation. He then called me back and reported that my client was in his home safe and sound. I thanked him for his professionalism and told him i would highly recommend hus company for any future incidents. Yes, good customer service does exist.
