1st time going there, I called the day before because one of my dogs was not doing well and my regular vet office was closed for the week for the holiday. The lady that answered the phone was so polite and attentive to me and worked me in the next morning (today). When I got there the ladies up front were really patient and kind to me because I was a wreck about my fur baby I really appreciated that. The vet assistant came out and was just as understanding and kind with my fur baby and myself. The vet Dr. Ritzi answered all my questions with professionalism and compassion. They couldn’t completely treat my pet, but they were open to help until we got to the emergency hospital. They were fast. There was no hesitation. The doc was hands on. They saved my dogs heart long enough to get us to the emergency hospital. If I didn’t already have an at home vet, this would be ours for sure. Highly recommend. They all were great.
During our recent visit and as always we were showed much respect. Our baby Patron does not interact well with other dogs. The employees handle the situation with gifted skills. I highly recommend Brosville Animal Clinic to anyone needing love and care for their pets.
