While calling multiple agencies today for a family member, I was having an extremely hard time getting someone on the phone - and many voicemails were left, with no call back. I decided to call At Home Caregivers and spoke with Ray Puckett immediately, he was extremely knowledgeable, he discussed staffing and the assessment which was very helpful for this stressful time!

But more importantly, this team impresses me as being experienced in the dynamics of working with and for people. I believe they would be very selective in the home caregivers they accept and send to provide care services. Quality and consistency – two very important considerations and the team of At Home Caregivers appears to have them both.
Hi, I called today about my father needing adult day care, Mr Puckett promptly called me back and was super helpful! He gave me much more info I would of expected, especially since he did not offer the service I needed. The fact he took the time to give me 2 sources of help available to my Dad, impressed me very much.
