I am beyond upset! ALMA DOESNT DESERVE A 1 STAR ITS A ZERO STAR FOR HER! I came in this morning for my appt at 8:45am April 8,2023 to get my hair highlighted, colored, blow dry and haircut! I schedule an appt with owner Alma at master salon! 1 or 2 weeks ago I came in to her salon to discuss how I wanted my hair and agreed on what was going to be done and went at the front to schedule an appt for the following week. When the the day came witch is today, I got ready early took the day off and head over to the salon for her just to tell me that she can't do my hair because her daughter schedule an appt for only 1 hour for a haircut and blow dry only. When I specifically stated to her daughter that works as a receptionist there what her Mother and I discuss what was going to be done. I had told Alma multiple times I took a day off and that's not my fault if your daughter made that mistake. She still insisted to get my hair done and stated to me it takes about 2 hours to get the hair I wanted and mind you her next appt was at 10:30! She could've done my hair I got there at 8:30am! This is so UNPROFESSIONAL of her to do as an owner! They don't call you to remind you of your appt either, it would've been nice if they called me the day before to remind my appt and remind me what was going to be done! BUT NO!!!! They didn't even call! Alma basically just turn me away, I never in my life had to deal with something like this! BAD CUSTOMER SERVIC! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK APPT WITH HER! I also went to multiple hair salons this morning to inform them what happen to me this morning and to see if that was right for her to do and they told me especially as a manager that was not the right thing to do she could've still done it. But thankfully I found the best hair STYLIST and will get my hair done the way I want it to be! Oh on another note the only reason why I went to Alma was because my hairstylist move to another state, and told ALMA about it. Alma did ask me how much my hairstylist charged me and I told her around $200 and stated to me in my face made me feel even more upset when she made a comment about oh maybe that's the reason why your hair stylist left because she was charging you to cheep and for the type of highlight, color haircut and blow dry she stated she will charge me $400 and also stated to me that she WILL NOT STAY IN THE SALON FOR HOURS TO GET WHAT I WANTED! Yes I did brush it off and ignore what she said and my stupid ass still schedule an appt with ALMA! I don't want anyone to go threw what I went threw. IM VERY UPSET And she lost a Clint today!

Outstanding service. I have received a haircut twice now from Alma. The last time, she gave me a free haircut because it was for my wedding! She gives the best haircut I have received in the area and has the cheapest prices I’ve experienced.Service: Haircut

Catherine is THE BEST! She has been my hair dresser for almost 10 years now and I won't see anyone else. Perfect haircuts and eyebrow threading everytime.
