My 7 year old and myself got medium knotless. They were very hospitable and professional. My daughter acted out because she does not like the process they were extremely accommodating. They gave her an iPad and me water. They let her have several breaks and not once made me feel bad for her actions. Our hair came out lovely. There prices are comparable to other shops but with great service I will be coming back. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Lydia‘s hair braiding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted withwarmth and professional professionalism. The young lady who braided my hair was truly an expert she took time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to execute the style perfectly, the entire process was efficient and I was amazed by how beautiful and neat my braids turned out. The salon atmosphere is inviting and comfortable and the customer service is exceptional. I could tell that they cared about their clients and I left feeling completely satisfied. I've been going to Lydia's for more than a decade. They are very kind, professional and family oriented. The only drawback is them over-booking clients (a common practice in salons) so plan to be there a while if it's a popular time of the year! Otherwise, great service.
