Landlord performed countless illegal inspections without notice, requiring us to install security cameras. Didn't provide housing in 'liveable conditions' and didn't provide pest control to remedy the issue within 40 days. Didn't provide compensation required under VA law to remedy pest issues when the landlord was unable to do so. Denied application illegally due to disability status. Caused damages to personal property without remediation from illegal inspections. Illegally listed apartments for rent. Fraudulently moved payment allocations. Multiple breaches of contract.

We are first time home builders and every single step of the way JHB went above and beyond our expectations! They were timely, professional, friendly and provided great quality work. Both William and Damon are TOP NOTCH to work with. They deeply care about their customers. We are beyond happy of how well they have worked with us on every single detail of our home. Full of false promises. We recently purchased a home from JHB. We were assured that they would always be there for us if there were any issues that were due to craftsmanship. We encountered a laundry list of issues shortly after moving into our brand new beautiful home. I contacted them and was assured everything would be fixed and the project manager even came out to get a look for himself. Many weeks later no progress has been made and they are no longer responding to me. If and when our issues are addressed I will be more than happy to edit my review but until then this is our honest review.
